Is the New Ring Glitched?

Well, I've yet to get the ring... And this post is not at all me QQin about it... I just noticed a few things that seem weird with this whole ring.

1) When I first loged in after the update there was NO scroll above the CAs head. Yet, I found the quest from a friend telling me where it was (Also when I pressed T the quest did not show under quests that could be done.)
- 27 runs later no ring -
2) I dicided to abandon the quest.... This time the scroll apears over her head as normal.

3) After finishing accepting the quest I noticed a weird message under my bottom right hand screen. saying "The item does not exist" Could be just because I do not have the ring yet.

Needless to say, Im going to keep farming EOD in hopes that I'm wrong, but in the mean time o.o Is the ring glitched for some people and not others? ;-)

Same here. When i activate the quest, there is no Silver Scroll on the head of Keller (Core Alchemist).

And its weird and it makes no sense. I talked to the npc and i already have the option "Let's give the ring to the core alchemist" when i didnt even go to eod1.

kinda sad if we all wasted our time just because of that small bug lol

yea its bugged. look at your quest window under Progress tab. if the quest is in there, its been activated and just run eod and hope for the ring to drop. when you get the ring of evil spirits, return to core alch to get the mergaheph ring.

you sure? problem is we dont know if it will really work.

once the quest is in the winder progress tab, returning talking to the NPC wont do anything. its like talking to the npc without quest in progress.



For those who have the ring: Did you see a silver scroll on the NPC head when you open the quest??

yes im sure because thats exactly what i did and got my ring on my 7th run.

if the quest is already in the Progress tab talking to it w/o the ring won't do anything at all.
