help! cant seem to uninstall cabal

Well it seems i can't uninstall Cabal because i get an error message saying something like "version not compatible bla bla. Im trying to reinstall it because I cant get to the launcher. It's the older version of Cabal.

I'm sure some of you might have come across this problem, how did you uninstall it?

erm nvm.. just recycled the whole folder. it was still ogplanet thats why launcher wouldn start.. lol
