I want to delete my previous tickets and send in another one and give EST another chance, but I can't find how to delete a ticket. How does one go about doing this?

Click on the ticket and use the delete button.

wheres the delete button on the ticket? I have one of mine clicked but i see no delete button.

I agree, neither of mine have a delete button and they have stayed the same status since the moment I submitted them.

No, there unanswered, 2 open tickets atm. Don't see a delete button on either.
