Log In Problem

Hi,
I'm a new player.I just downloaded and updated the client,But there seems to be a problem.When i start the game everything goes fine the game starts loading and it never ends,The loading sign on the topleft corner mooves but never stops.It loads for more than 2 HRs.When i try to stop it (Ctrl+Alt+delete),My PC freezes and i have to reboot it.Please tell me why is this happeneing.And how to fix it, if possible!!?

AMD Athilon(tm) 64 X2 Dual core 5000+,~2,6GHz
Memory: 3072 RAM

hii GM please help... everytime i log in about 2 minutes and i got disconneted it say"* an error has ocuured while start game guard.please reboot your computer or start the game again.if this problem continues occur please make inquiry with the *.erl file inside the game guard folder within the cabal online folder to the 1 on 1 inquiry center on the official website."
im not use bot.. i already reinstalled it 4 times but still same. I GOT THIS PROBLEM AFTER M/A DEC 15-16.

Same thing hppens to me but my pro computer can handle the ctr alt del, after that i just reboot cabal and it works.
