lv 2 merc quest

has anyone gotten the lv 2 fb merc quest item yet. i got the other 5 in 2 runs so im just curious if the fb one doesnt drop cause of issues with game or if im not lucky enough to get it in 50 runs

5 runs, and I got nothing for any of the lv2 mercs ]: Is this normal?

Took me 4 runs to get 1 merc. On the 6th run the other 5 dropped.
