Constant DCs

So I don't know what the problem is. I log in today and try to do my quest's dungeon. Every time i'm in the middle of attacking something, i'll DC within a few seconds. Then I'll try to log into the game, and some servers will be missing and load up a few seconds later.

Is this happening to everyone or just me? Because I have only seen one thread talking about DCing
