I recently bought a couple of game cards for my account. While I was inputting the code for the second card, I incorrectly entered the code too many times and my account has been blocked ever since. I didn't do anything wrong, and I'd really just like to get back to the game I just paid for. Please unblock my account, it's been a couple weeks and both my tickets are still open and any attempt to contact a GM has ended in failure. I don't know what else to do.
