My cabal installer wont open after I download for 20 mins... its really frustrating I tried at least 10 times but nothing works. Please Help :confused:

I found it out bymyself... If anyone else encounters this you may need to go to properties and unblock the program if it is blocked, also it takes about 3 minutes for the installer to come up so just wait.
