Hello CABAL players,

First of All, we’d like to give a big Thank You to the users those loves CABAL Online despite of lots of in-game bugs after the update “EPISODE V – MERCENARIES”.
Through the efforts of the CABAL lovers, we could acknowledge lots of bugs and most of them will be fixed during this week’s maintenance.
Therefore, we have prepared a little thank-you gift for the users, especially those have endeavored to support us to fix the bugs.

yeah, alot of people helped contribute to my thread, it wasn't just me it was the entire community, so thanks again everyone, though some of the glitches have yet to be fixxed still

[GM] DaisY, along with the rest of the staff, I applaud your efforts to reward players and possibly encourage more people to be beneficial to the community but you're going about it the wrong way. Considering there are still multiple bugs, most of which I don't even need to log into the game to learn about and the fact that those threads were a compliation of multiple users contributing useful information. This reward was given out too early and to give out a reward properly you'd have to sift through the buttloads of pointless post to find the contributing good ones.

Then again, a majority of people would be happy if you just unbanned them after giving them free alz and doing something to restore gear.

But hey, at least you're trying guys.

who cares its 30 day warp and 10 core enhancers. Id rather est fix the d/c in dung and error dialogs tbh. if they wanna pick 3 threads that contained the same bugs and people q.qing then so be it..

Its fair, because if they give something good to everybody it would be hard since they will loose alot of money if they gave out alot of good cash shop stuff to everyone. If they gave some bad stuff everybody would QQ. So this is good, plus they are working to compensate the people that lost their cash shop stuff etc. so they are doing a good job.

Not articles but constructive posts.

We all started out trying to be as constructive, as understanding, as patient as we could. But when countless of hd tickets go unanswered, countless pm's unread, and even yet countless posts here --- ranging from simple inquiries and serious reports --- largely ignored and unconfirmed, and when you guys don't even make an effort to communicate with your player base effectively, then it's very difficult to be as constructive, understanding, and patient as you would have wanted us to be.

Besides, I've been under the impression that you guys frown on repetitive posts --- threads and topics that have already been brought up to your attention. So when GM Q stickied this one

It's funny how you guys act like the GM's here are the ones who actually fix the bugs. All they do is report to the team that does the fixes and wait for them to get back to them. Not like they haven't been working on the bugs since the first day they found out about them.

And you defend the hand that feeds u, like we can go straight to the devs and programmers and coders themselves? lol

These gms are firstliners in the trenches, liaison officers. Part of their job is to read reports and relay EFFECTIVELY to the people concerned. Needless to say they need good comprehension and full grasp of situations, and good communication skills with their peers and with us, the players. If they don't understand the problems either cuz they don't want to or are lacking in that skill, then they can't relay properly, hence, the countless of botch-up re-works and m/a's.

Don't act like you don't know that reality in an enterprise, even in a fastfood business like BK. When it wasn't your turn to flip burgers, and you served a contaminated food, you can't tell the customers "hey don't look at me, I didn't cook that!" When a customer had to go the extent of asking for a word with the manager (or in some instances here, the CEO! wtf!), there's something wrong with the rank and file.

I realize this may be a repost but I don’t have time to read through pages of the thread so hopefully it’ll be helpful instead of taking up time and space.

First bug/issue: The switch channel doesn’t work. It’s particularly disheartening for the pop-up Mission War button. Here’s what happens:

1. The “Connecting” bar at the bottom of the screen lags and fills up until the message pop ups onto the center of the screen indicating the obvious.

2. The next screen prompts you to re-enter your login information only to be told that your ID is still logged in so you have to click “yes” and “ok” once again for redundancy.

It’s almost easier to just time Mission War yourself and manually wait in the “Select Channel” window and click your desired tier when it pops onto the screen.

Second bug/issue: Although it rarely happens but it still does maybe 1 out of 7 wars where upon selecting the war channel we end up in BI, GD, or some other random place as our lobby thereby prompting another painstaking reclogging process as described above.

Third bug/issue: Mission War waiting list counter bug. It occurred during T2 M. War at 3pm PST where the population counter went from about even to 20 Caps versus 24 Procs with at least 3 Caps on waiting list inside our lobby…

Upon relog so some fellow Caps could try to get their 30 points in before the close, I was able to capture the following SS:

21 Caps versus 26 Procs while at least 3 of us are stuck in the lobby… Is this even really a glitch or does Cabal adjust a handicap from the previous war results?

Finally the last issue in mind (not really a glitch) is the Christmas event item for the red Rudolph nose, antler, or combination of both. Can you change it so that those 3 items can be NPCable instead of taking of precious warehouse space? Other than that, thanks again for all the hard work on fixing all of the other glitches and bugs!

I was wondering if you had any idea when EST was gonna be working on the unbelievable amount of no-connects and dis-connects that I, and many of my guildmates, get from all of the servers?

I figure, since I pay for the Platinum service 3 months at a time, that maybe with the Premium channels I would have better luck connecting and staying connected, but unfortunately not.

And, just a little observation, the servers are ever so much worse today after the maintenance.
