i dont think they will give it back, i think the ticket answer automated, to make people think GM's are working on it but they are not, they made 2 updates so far or more, if they want to give the item back they should give it at the first place,

i lose my stuff after that m/a duhh didnt know so many glitch i put alz in storage and catalyst for trying to fill my pc blade when i change char thats when i know i lose alz and stuff i didnt even bother playing until yesterday..... i want my stuff and alz back i could careless for the catalyst . ppl will say its just a game, i know its a game doesnt mean its ok to lose ur gears bec of glitch
