What is better cr+1 or rof+9 in war? Forci cd or forci s.amp (assuming forci cd is 16+% and both the same +)?

Cr+1 or RoF+9 - Depends on what class/ level/ build they are.
Forc cd or forci s amp - doesn't matter in war cause you get a leg anyways

I even use 4 RoF+9s over CR2's in war. The extra stats serve you better than the extra crit damage. Who isnt always in aura?

rof9 is trash compared to cr2, and how does aura make crit dmg any worse?
