No I mean The Vampire Epaulet. It takes place of the Epaulet you wear, but looks like a vampire.
Stats are:
HP:400
MP:400
HP Auto Heal +10
MP Auto Heal +10
It was one bought back when OG.P Ran Cabal. And no they do not make them no more

usually i see it at about 250mil
goodluck getting more in the economy we have
Ive seen some in ch5 merc for 500mil.
but no one buys them for that price so id probably say around 200-450mil
