how does party xp bonus thing work

i wonder just how does party xp bonus thing work. i just found out when i use ca title i receive less xp from each hit. only use it when party member has prem and u don't have or he has more dps than u huh? i have party xp rune and ca title total 16% always wondered why ppl lvl faster than me lol. shudve been nice if it gives just 10% bonus to xp that i receive from others and aint milk my xp that i get myself. i feel little scammed :3

example i get 100k xp normally. in party i get 60k my party get 40k. if use 16% bonus i get 44k party gets 56%. if it was REAL bonus i shud get 60k like normal and get more 16% from party xp right?
