That is the 1% bonus the guild gets when a guildie sells something in AH. The put up an explanation for that alz a few weeks ago.

I think he's talking about when cabal deposits big amounts into the guild warehouse, like in some guilds they put in 500m and then they ban u if u use it-cool right?

They actually explained that several updates ago in the patch notes...

that 1% doesn't account for millions that were randomly put in by mistake some time ago. In our case somewhere around 40mil, don't think we npd'd that much and that's a small amount compared to what some people got. People that did take out this alz previously got banned for "exploiting" a glitch...and nothing was fixed or noted about it since then really.

Yup, guilds abusing the "Cabal" account to send alz to themselves.

One guild had 400+ mil that "Cabal" put in. I'm sure the guild npc'd what...40 bil worth of items in a week or something?
