to my knowledge, if the item has not been extended, it can be extended. Reguardless of the item's binding status.

When you extend a char binding item it remains char binding.
1. Get a char bound pc craft
2. Use 30x slot extenders on it
3. ????

i have a full luck set extended that isn't char bind bcs it was non binding b4 i extended it. its all account bound now since its extended. That's why i'm saying it makes no sense.

A non-bound item becomes account binding when it is extended.
