login problem..

hi..i'm a new player..actually i havent played the game yet xD..
when i tried to login the server i got login server failed message all the time..
any of you have an idea why is that?
my friend plays in this server and i hardly wanna play with him.. but unfortunately i cant login the server ..

I bet you can connect with hotspotshield but get dc after a few minutes
and Without hotspotshield you cant even login the game and you want to know how to fix that.
I also bet you submitted a ticket to help desk and are waiting for an answer

yea it suggests ip restriction problem, make sure there is no official version of cabal in your area other then North American servers....

thx for that dude but i need to play in this server cause of my friend plays here. it doesnt mean anything playing in other servers..
