need help

hello am new here but what i need help with is getting started i have made a char but when i go to start playing it says must make a sub pw and it wont let me and i have not got my OTP form the site and i have opened a help desk ticket and clicked on the send OTP bottom but it just say sending in progress and i look me E-mail but noing can some one help me

just make a sub pw ... i don't actually understand the prob from what you are saying

its telling me that it dont match the Sub pw and Ive had no conformation e-mail saying otherwise
