Talk to the port lux officer he should give you the option to buy honor when it is that low.

well, originally, that was the plan. he was supposed to be my T1 farmer.. I was gonna use big titus' gear for him

Level it up until you can go to eod2, then make your friends/guildies take you there. Honor quests in it give a lot.

I know what Ill do. Ill level to 65 and then go kill orcs in LID. Plate of Glory I gives 25K honor just for doing that

exactly. Ill have my girlfriend do a few of the helper Ts for me and Ill get EXP there so I can level up real fast, then Ill go to lid and do that. perfect!!!
