Having Trouble logging in.

When I try logging into one of the Mercury channels on my main account, I'm typing on this forum from my secondary account, I get the following screenshot after I select my character and log into the channel. Its on the attachment.

yea i been gettin that for like the last 15 min now, tried loggin on my account and get that every time, makin scared like im being hacked or w/e

Looks like their IT department failed at fixing the issue and only made it worse. Daisy Do I have to come out there and fix it myself? Give me a $7000 relocation package and provide 3 months of temp housing to find a place and a salary of $45/hr based on a 45hr work week, Health, dental, 401k and 3 weeks vacation and I'll come put your IT department to shame. k. under contract of course.
