HP Upgrade Skills; What's the point?

Why do people even bother getting HP upgrade skills? What's the point? All it means is that you have to use more hp potions to get it back to full again, what a waste. I may be new to this game, but I have played other mmos before (Runescape). Could anyone answer this for me? Thanks in advance.

Judging by the hp of your WI/WA you clearly do believe in HP upgrades of some sort whether they are on your upgrade list or equipment.

for starters , Well you get more hp-steal and your cool down time for pots is kinda slow so you will need in pvp. And in war some people don't use pots and very useful in war i guess.

i tried that, it works great because you never lose the 0.5 seconds from turning out of Mp during combo, Greatest build.

only get 1% mp vamp and u will b ok but u need the 5% hp vamp if u want to survive on dungs XD
