Ic2 boss doesn't drop quest item

Jealous Jameu won't drop the quest item, and its the 3rd time now that it happened with my party. It started happening after i bought the level booster, and i'm not sure if it has something to do with that..

ye it happened twice with my guild too....maybe the dungeon got glitched after the prevoius m/a....hope they fix it soon
