Cabal won't start

When i try to run cabal, game guard boots up ok, then the cabal window pops up, but it only stays the for 2 seconds before it closes. There's no error or any message to why it shuts down. Anyone have any ideas?

could you please go through this checklist first?

1) Run the game from an administrator PC account
2) Make sure the firewall and router are not blocking connectivity (make sure your ports are open in the router)
3) Check the antivirus to make sure it's not blocking GameGuard or Cabal.
4) Make sure you don't have any software that blocks GameGuard (such as Outpost Firewall, Panda antivirus, PunkBuster, Windows Sidebars, Avira antivirus , etc)

Tried your 4 methods and still it won't work... The game was working like 5 hours ago or so. After the game screen comes on it shuts down and tells me there is something wrong with the launcher...I assumed it is the patch or the maintaince but now I am not too sure... Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
