so i removed the sub pass to delete some characters right? no biggie. worked fine.

i went back to login with raid and it made me make a new sub pass. cool.

entered my new sub pass, get an error saying that a sub pass is in place and its incorrect.

cool, ill just reset it in account management. did my thing no sweat. resetted fine with the confirmation.

tried logging in. no change.

so now im stuck with a sub pass glitch that not even a sub pass reset can fix.

sent in a ticket but not having high hopes of getting a fast response. got prem, bb+, pet ext. and in no way to help speed things up.

god damnit i am frusterated.
