i just asked a few ppl in cabal eu,they haven't got it either or Korean ppl,i think to change fail amp into perfect amp would cost about 200mil or more dont you think theres always a catch,(i buy full FB m amp just in case

There's nothing even remotely close to what you mentioned there on KO notes.

there is an item like that...actually 2,ucm's and cem's,mix them together and use enough of them and your titanium of w/e +15 becomes better than osm +6

seeeeeeeeeeeeeee,and i didn't start the rumor or did i? lol ahahah, it was a guy named DarthSnow,we went to AOSBF1 with me my BL lvl 137,and he started to talk about it,so read what i said at the start,i was simply asking if it was true or not

id doubt they make it though that would ruin the whole point of getting fail amps so that forc amp with the right amp is still rare

well i know for one if they do make it able to turn fail amp into good amp,prices will drop a lot....and when i mean a lot even spur gonna be broke...... cuz mostly everyone gonna use it,,.....give or take if they do bring it out give it 2 weeks prices will go from 4bil to 400mil to 200mil

i would prob agree on amp change kits if its like for 500 bucks on cash shop...if u guys thinks thats a lot its not really incase u get one of ur armor piece crafted pc amp thats for ur class and slot in the wrong amp
