I sent in help desk tickets just to get replies to not send in help desk tickets but if you would actually read and respond accordingly I wouldn't have to keep sending them in. You blocked my account 5 days ago and have done nothing about it even though I followed the correct procedures. I am very angry since this is my main account that I regularly buy ecoins on. You are also wasting away my Premium Service as well as my BB+ 30Days. You take the time to tell me not to send in tickets but can't you just unblock the account while your at it? Apparently not? This is not the way to treat customers, paying customers. If I were to get this type of customer service from my auto insurance company I would drop their service very quickly, is that what you want from me?
