I played Cabal quite some time ago when it was on OGPlanet, and wanted to start playing it again. However, I've been thrown all sorts of roadblocks as to help, support, or anything associated with trying to get the game updated because it requires me to have a CabalOnline Account. So, I tried to register but have hit more roadblocks.
It seems the registration process has quite a few problems to register an Account.
I have tried to register, but get the following message, which I have posted in an SS...

I have tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer and have had no luck with either one. I'm not even sure if that is the problem.
Any ideas as to what this is? Is it something I may be doing wrong?
