So it has been 6 days, I had assumed it would have been when they did server maintenance but their still has been no character transfer.

This is really annoying, my character is fairly low level so some people would say give up but, his magic is trained up past transcender and he is low level making him a fairly awesome character. They say be patient but if I still haven't gotten the character after 6 days and you haven't after 13, then I really think it won't happen. Or in a few months when I no longer feel like playing and SPENDING MONEY. -.-

I have had that same problem. My Ticket was opened from Nov 5th to Jan 20th?? and finally got the same response yours did. They told me that my request was being processed and to please be patient. So ive been waiting for 4 months. It I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥s big time. I asked again about it 3 days ago and they said "sorry for the Delay, please be patient while your request is being processed." Idk :/ i hate that its taking so long and i so dont blame you for not giving up. Just know im hanging in there with ya :P

I'm not sure that you'll still be transcender if you're low level... they did put hard caps on skill levels, so you might just be xx/xx (max) of some skill level then jump up each time the cap raises.

My character was made long before the hard caps, so even when OG had it hardcapped i was still where i was before.

and when i got that i was so so so very happy that i remembered my old account and all and i was able to get my character back.

its only been a 2 day wait for me but after seeing this post i am now very sad :(
guesss i wont see that character again.


im still gunna write 1-10 tickets a day asking for it but uhg...

these guys are way better then OG planet with updates and all.
and from what i hear awesome.

but WHY!!??!? do that have to be so so so horrible with consumer service?

I too sent in a request and got the whole, your character has been found on our database, blah blah blah, its only been about 4 days for me...but I have a feeling that after seeing this post, I wont see my character again...hmm...I might actually call the company and complain.

Nah, still haven't got my Account Transfer from OGPlanet yet. I would wager that basically everyone in this Thread is still awaiting their Transfers unfortunately...

Been waiting Since the 10th of February and on every Ticket I open for an Update on the Transfer Situation I get the same response, "Due to an overwhelming response from transfer tickets we are dealing with them as fast as possible. This can take time, please be patient until we deal with your request.".

So honestly, I seriously doubt any of us getting our OGPlanet Accounts Transferred anytime in the near future, or at all for that matter. All we can do is sit back and hope it happens sometime in the future. (Though I wouldn't hold my breathe...)
