Blended Runes (Grade I, II, III?)

Anyone know about the different grade of blended runes? It says on the help page that there are 3 grades of rune>O_O!!! I'm wondering if anyone has higher than Grade I atm and how to obtain higher Grade runes. (Idk if its even possible yet)

Don't know if anyone has a level 3. Heard of a few level 2's.
