What update was the skill cap in?

I'm trying to figure out what update it was that the skill cap was added. (a.expert til lvl60) I know it was a while ago and idk if anyone can even remember the name of the update but I'm hoping someone might remember.

Its about the time I joined cabal, I joined like a week or 3 before then and I'm just trying too see how long I've been here. It happened in what 07-08 correct? Cause I remember the name "The lord of War" and "soul of Siena" or whatever they were called.

Well since ogp shut down there forums when it moved to EST I've been browsing the cabalonlin'se ones go back to may 07, but they did always get things alot sooner than us NA players.

Nevermind, you guys were rather useless; Well other than macbowes, you actually helped me alot knowing the date NA cabal started i just looked from that date forward on the EU update, I joined cabal a couple weeks before "The Lord of War" update on 12-17(18)-2008.
I assume the NA update was probably a week or two after that because back then everyone said NA cabal got there things after EU.
