Cabal not working after update on 1-29-11

Once again our wonderful GMs changed something on Cabal and now my game crashes right on the main loading screen, I cant even get into the log in screen before it crashes.... I am running a dell xps m1530 with windows vista 64 bit, anybody know of a fix??

oh ya dude thats been happening to me, it takes me like 15 tries to get to the login screen.
I just deleted cabal folder and resinstalled fresh and seems ok now.
