Blended runes

So, today i crafted blended rune(sword pressure I) and I was wondering how much it's worth? Also, how do you get them to lvl 2?

You can't 'level up' blended runes. when you craft them they come out lv1, 2 or 3.

you can only extend their percentage,for example:5%> to let's say 6% using UCH and some other stuff,they come out random I II or III
