1:SEM formula card
2:SEL formula card...
please leave the location to where they drop and what mobs

SEL drops from eod2 last chest I believe, SEM no idea. I only know of one person who has it, and he bought it from AH ages ago.

SEM does drop in RS 2nd boss chests only and that 100% fact tho
it just rare to get one

1 min after i read this thread.. i went with my noobi wi to FGR to lvl up.. and drops formula card No.75.. u gave me luck :)
