the clothes hard to get amps for...
the weaps, maybe a lil more decent...
i got the (right) amp blade and orb, oh about 10 tries each, from ft1 craftin when there was a dearth of forcis, amps or db, yet which currently rains in ic's now (albeit char bound when you equip)

It's all luck. If you're like 99% of the rest of us, you can craft hundreds and they'll all come out mp auto heal, or skill exp or some other garbage. Then if you're like the 1% of the lucky as hell people you can do 1 craft and it'll come out the correct amp.
