Where the F is the OTP for sub-pw reset?!

AM I just blind or what? I go to Account Management, it asks for my email/PW, then I go to the next page, it makes me put my PW into an info page..next game just says "you've successfully changed your info" or w/e, and it brings me right back to the friggin main page..

Trying to unblock my mule that was sub-pw locked...where is this supposed OTP thing? -_-
