Narb question

Hey guys

So whenever i start a new game i always play it safe in terms of skills and point distribution

yesterday i accidentally added a point to a skill i no longer wanted ,then when i tried to
delete it i notced it gave me BACK that used point. Does this mean that i can freely
allocate my skill points and in the future should i require them back i can simply
de-lvl a skill?

Thanks for the quick feedback, i just havent been touching my skill points and all just to avoid over lvling something ,bad habbit since maplestory when i messed up 3 chars in 2 days -.-. Really like that you can reclaim ur skill points though very forgiving.
