hello guys..i just want to ask if can i play cabal online here in Dubai,UAE? because... i missed playing this game.. im a filipino and i start playing this in phillipines. but when i enter this country.. i cant access the CABAL.ph so now.. i try to download this CABAL because i know that this is the main. but my question again is.. can i play this cabal version or can i access this game? or what vesion of cabal could i play in this country?
