Dear. ESTsoft.

i have faced some issue with purchasing cabal cash. when i tried to buy cabal cash it poped up some msg which said "Purchase limit for today is $0.00 USD." and this happen more dan a week so can i have some solution due to this issue.

Ya i have sent two HD tickets since last week and still no response. Just posting here to see if anyone may know why^__^

and this is why it takes so long. you people expect quick answers but when everyone is sending multiple tickets it will take some time. theyre only human. chill out

Oh, I am sorry about my broken Enlgish. Howere, it is too bad for you who can only speak English.

List of the Languages which i can speak:

1st: English
2nd: Japanese
3rd: Spanish
4th: Mandarin
5th: Cambodian

Anyway, please do not post something which dose not help.

Do you know how the EST's HD works?
Have you ever expereinced this issue? (Purchasing Cabal Cash issue)

I wish...... you know how to judge others. (better than looking at their writings.)

Actually I lied, I speak Russian and English, and I was born in Russia, and I lived there for more than half of my life so far, yet you don't see me speaking in broken English. If you want to stay on topic maybe you should try doing so yourself.

Once again, helpdesk is the only place that can help you, forums aren't. No matter how long you have to wait for a ticket to get answered, posting about it here won't change anything.

Because [GM]s have no respone to the HD ticket at all.
Do you know how long i have been waiting for them to respone to my HD ticket?
it has been 2weeks.

i never went to different topic, unless someone started it.

PS: i have never given any comment on others' english.

I'd imagine there are multiple issues about this and about half the tickets they read are about this issue. So the best thing you should do is wait patiently.

I got a problem is it said "You cant TOP up Cabal cash due to account block"...
wondering what's going on with it...
