This is slowly dying, but to make matter worst, EST, you decrease the 2-slot Item drop from 100% to 40% without updating the players. Do you seriously know how to run a business? So many problems.
Can someone recommend me a good game w/ better customer service?

check out the Aion private server aion atomix. its really good and free. sooooo fun.

This is the best route. Excellent year for Console Gaming. Especially the PS3.
