What happened to the secondary quickslots on the skill bar?

I liked how they gave us a secondary quick slot bar where you could but more skills on top of the ones on the normal quick slot bar and had to press Alt + skill slot number to use. it made it quicker and more convenient than having to press one of the f1->f4 keys to use additional skills. What happened to to that? yesterday I had that "secondary" skill bar, and now after the update its not there anymore.

Check and make sure it's checked in your options.

Hmm...I don't know why I didn't look to see if there was an option but there was and you Triplethreat have solved my problem. I guess I assumed that the update removed it and it was no longer available. TYVM!!!
