I would like to cancel a ticket and I have seached the forums for an answer. I seen pics showing a Delete button next to the list button but all I have on my screen is a list button NO delete button is there for me to press. PLS help!

You tried clicking the ticket link to open the details yet?? Think it is in that menu not the list menu last time I did it.

Don't worry i have maximum tickets, and i can't even delete mine lmfao.. So yeah, epic fail :P

Yes. I did open the ticket to view the details. Only option was going back to list from that point.

Odd, could be browser (I'm using Firefox both windows and linux versions and it is showing a Delete button), firewall/av filter or something. Have one ticket in my history that has been closed shows the Delete button on it once you open the Ticket details. Could also be can't delete a ticket unless its been closed. Well, tried to be helpful.

I tried Firefox and the button was there! Still not there in Internet Explorer. Thanks a lot for the help.
