well depends if ur going high end or not... high end gear would be like spur's or something with sig/ forc amp and stuff

phery build is actually better in war. Since you get some 20 more magics with with leg weaps.

im no wiz and ive never played the class but i dont think that that much hp is needed for your class considering wiz have the worst def in game.
