Email Confirmation

Is there any way to get a email confirmation?
I lost mine and I've been desperately been trying to get to a gm to resend a email confirmation but on luck.

Does this page still exists?

Or is there another way I can get another email confirmation?

I don't really want to resort to making a new account. My character from since beta is on this account. I'm hoping a gm will assist me through forums..
