Hello forum , So I have had enough of making excuses that The bringer of procyon who a plays in nation war (110 - 139 ) is just another "powerful/overpowered" Player like they say, I am talking about oXIo of course for that I came to spread my word with everyone who plays in the same war with me, and I need everyones opinion about what I say if i am wrong or right.

First of all, I am not a hater of oXIo and If i had frustration issues with him well then "my bad", This guy is just a wizard level 139 and when he joins war he hits about 4 of us trying to destroy the legacy gaurdian twice or three times and then we all die at the sametime when he is using "Legacy Weapon", Well Legacy weapon gives everyone in the war the same stats, but they don't go around and do alot of dmg like oXIo does, even if he has a high cirt rate/cirt dmg..

Secondly, He breaks the AOD aka (Art Of Defense)Skill to many High leveled/Good set standard Force Sheilders soo easily, I've seen people say that time and time again.. like seriously how is this even possible? me and 11 Capellas or more keeps on hitting 1 Proc force sheilder and all the hits he gets from each one is 1 - 50.. , not more than this and if its more than , then he's just too weak.

What we want is a warning for him , This can't be usual, or atleast a Hidden GM comes to our war and see for himself and decide. I hope our voice is heard and this thread don't get deleted as always, Thank you.

XI has panda epaulet + bringer title = shiit load of crit rate resist/dmg resist. On top of that he's mostly in aura and bm1 + leg I assume, which would make it difficult to hit hard/crit on him. And tbh, over 50% of the people in T3 don't have good gear at all..which adds to them not hitting hard on XI. Also, breaking AoD isn't hard at all, all you need is bm2 aura and amp buff to break it lolz or fury shout.

Even if she didn't have bringe she still has stormy captain? And knight of protection. Either way ur not criting, and when u do it won't be much.
Now let's superimpose these to UR stats.
U have 44 base rate no skills. She has 18 resist . Ur total rate withot skills is 26...
U have 111 cdi she has 51 resit ur total cdi is. 60 %. considering ur low base. Ur crits kinda won't matter, assuming u do crit.

This game from what iv seen in my time is Very easy to hack. I see Fa's walking around with orbs and armor equip on, people attacking all monsters around them killing them instantly and more. Um Hady do you not understand the power of people using tier 5 gear in lower tiers on their alts?
Let's say the people in tier 3 use titanium, stit, osm, or a mix of all of that. Most of it is standard gear, probably nothing too special. Take any class with end game gear and throw them into the mix, and they can easily overpower the new or under geared players in that tier. People have made same class alts just to farm lower tiers, taking avantage of newer players with less experience or less gear. It doesnt mean these people are hacking. What it comes down to is better gear and more experience.

all the people posting were my victims in war at 1 point or another - they know how i war already. and why wouldn't the defend me? the original poster is obviously a sped who doesn't know how to war well or comprehend the different things in war that can affect your damage output and such.

lol, I am surprise this thread is not lock yet. Getting 3-4 shotted by a Wiz in leg/aura/bm/m.att pot/m.amp pot is pretty normal for war especially if he or she has good gears; However, since i am a nice person, I will tell you the secret of killing XI in t3 that Doomer is charging 100 mil for.
1. Buy yourself 5 new computers.
2. Clone yourself 5 times Jizzyer or Jeyster or Jerseyshore (Hady) I I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥ as spelling ppl name.
3. Level a FB to t3 and tell your 5 clones to do the same.
4. Go to T3 war with your 5 clones.
5. Every time you see Xi in war have your Fb and your clone FB uses field, root, mf, hardluck on xi.
6. When xi is almost dead, log off ur fb and log on with ur blader. If u r on WL, just spam until a cap log off.
7.Repeat step 4-6
