GM's, if u care bout your customers then read this

I downloaded your game and it wont let me log in. I've googled this problem many times and done everything that I've seen, such as turning off my anti-virus, un-installing and re-installing the game, running as an administrator, checking the files etc. ive done it all and when i go to login on the game it immediatly disconnects me and says "cannot connect at this moment, relog after pressing ok." it just says the same thing when i relog. i live in the US and made sure to download the correct version. WTF is going on? Im looking for a straight answer.
