After matince they mesed up and added 20% to the FAIL rate for +ing things my orb went from +10 to +2 all fails ina row with ECHH's. please send in help tickets

We are sorry that this issue has occurred. Please be advised that the item enchant and upgrade system is working as intended. The chances of a player to upgrade the level of the weapon are based on a certain percentage. Thats at 5%
