ther was dis lvl 79 proc fb who was hacking in the 52-79 war...... had no cooldown when he dashed. and was killing like 5-6 lvl 79s wit 1 or 2 hits .. i saw him one hit a lvl 79 WA for 1200 damage without a legacy wep and aura ...

probably bought a hacking program cus he had no skills and couldnt kill people without it...

"one hit," or "one shot", means killing with one skill from full hp. i doubt the 79 wa had 1200 total hp.
what skill did he use to kill him?
1200 from force impact is not uncommon
