Number means framerate.

hey, remember that war where you turned off your hacks and your bm2 hit slower, and you did the full animation for dashing, you didnt shoot though walls
and you died a lot
i bet you frapped that war/tried too.

there is a very common graphic glitch that occurs when somones bm2 runs out, they keep the astral weapons such as a skin, but they are not actually in bm2 @@

that is possible. if i wasnt getting hit with the guns after since i guess the dps wasnt enough.
