You shouldn't be asking that type of question if you go to war often. But I don't mind answering that most of the players are fighting for points rather than trying to win the war, and from what I am told about MW now and days, There is hardly any supporters near builders, no plan whatsoever.

Having a res does not guarantee a win if the others have a res but it would depend on team work and the limits of who is in war that can actually do dmg and help with atking the front, bringers can't even stick with team and tend to solo last time I checked in Venus T3 and T4.
