Thats because they extended it, and the amp goes to the 2nd slot, and no u still can't randomize the amp like before.

The one I saw doesn't look extended lol only 2 slots with no account binding wordings on it.

If you have a amp in first slot and then slot with crit dmg the amp always moves to last slot.

Seems like some of the GM are coming back o.o. I hear [GM] Jamie was back too. They'd been gone a long time. Yes that was a GM's suit. I heard also that the gm flaunting all his gear got kicked or something? might be a rumour though.
