Account Issues?

Okay i tansfered my account or at least i thought i did but when i go to login my char's are nowhere to be found... wouldn't be much of a problem seeming as my characters werent very high but i did have alot of cash shop items and money i put a ticket in but no cheese... is there anyways to check to see if i have done everything right without having to wait for EstSoft to get around to it?

Make sure you clicked the right server
when EST took over, they switched the order

banned me perm no warning for saying the "f" word in game. Lol fail, they must be new to this. Still multiple problems in-game like the guild warehouse still not fixed. Lazy.

I have the same problem. It has been a week already .. i still didn't get any answer in any tickets or mails. I don't know only choise is to w8 little longer. I really hope they can fix this problem.
